FilmGear®’s Zenith: Pack the Punch, Rain or Shine!

 We at FilmGear® are excited to announce a new addition to the Zenith lineup: The Zenith 700C! This model joins the robust Zenith lineup of punchy, all-in-one LED lights as the most compact version yet. FilmGear®’s Mega presents the next bold evolution for the maxibrute form factor! The RGB Mega takes what you loved about the RGB Max series and adds more power, more durability, and more versatility with exciting new modular capabilities:

The Mega series continues our commitment to powerful and punchy optics, boasting a tight 19° beam angle, but now with even better color mixing. That comes courtesy of our new 7-color MCOB LEDs fired through our innovative TIR lenses. Each of the 300W heads gives a whopping 67% increase in output over the RGB Max series. The 7-in-1 RGB chips in particular give you unmatched precision in color control, giving the Mega the uniquely satisfying combination of brutish power with finesse in color accuracy.

In order to truly feel like a maxibrute though, our Mega was optimized for both weight and durability. Working directly with feedback from users, we’ve redesigned the body to withstand the elements, earning it an IP65 rating. Perhaps more impressively, the new design also manages to be much sleeker, while still retaining durability. These are lights built to withstand the rigors of production and definitely live up to the maxibrute’s legacy.

While we’ve made some significant improvements to both the output and build, the expandable versatility certainly sets the Mega apart. Those familiar with the RGB Maxes will be glad to see the 4-headed Mega 1200C reprising its role as both a maxibrute-style head and as a space light. Bi-Color Beam Projector? How?!

Experience a new level of versatility in lighting with FilmGear®’s Power Beam Hybrid! Our latest innovation evolves traditional beam projectors with 4 different power bulbs and 2 color temperatures all in 1 housing. No matter the occasion, our new Power Beam Hybrid ensures you have the right beam for every scene, in just a few simple steps.

Effortless Switching in Four Easy Steps

Step 1:
Remove the globe currently placed in the lamplock of the fixture. In this example, we remove a 12k Tungsten globe.

Step 2:
Adjust the lamplock’s position to match the light center length (LCL) for the appropriate globe, ensuring a perfectly centered reflection of the light source. Then you’re ready to place the HMI lamp into the socket.

Step 3:
Disconnect the dimmer and swap it out for an appropriate electronic ballast. Then attach the head-to-ballast cable to the lamphead.

Step 4:
Fire up the ballast and strike the light!

Congratulations! You now have a beautiful beam of daylight without having to break out a whole new fixture!
